We’re looking for ambitious graduates to join the FanDuel Risk & Trading pathway in Dublin for the 2026 Flutter Graduate Programme.

Why this Programme 

You’ll complete rotations across seven distinct teams within Risk & Trading at FanDuel, gaining hands-on experience and meaningful development opportunities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Rotations include: 

Risk Ops: Play a key role in managing financial risk across sports betting, learning core risk management techniques and gaining exposure to the fast-moving world of live trading. 

CXO: Help enhance the customer experience by ensuring a seamless betting journey from placement to settlement, while developing a deep understanding of customer needs and engagement. 

Market Compliance: Ensure full compliance with state wagering regulations across the U.S., while collaborating with legal teams in the U.S. and Canada to support FanDuel’s broader regulatory responsibilities. 

Fraud: Review and resolve fraud-related customer cases, monitor daily reports for suspicious activity, and build expertise in fraud prevention through strong analytical thinking and attention to detail. 

Product: Gain insight into the full product lifecycle—from ideation to delivery—supporting teams in capturing operational requirements and improving FanDuel’s product capabilities. 

Price Assurance: Protect the FanDuel brand by developing deep knowledge of the U.S. betting landscape and regulatory processes, helping reduce errors and maintain pricing integrity across all sports. 

Trading: Combine a passion for sports with data, probability, and modeling to create and manage prices for the U.S. market, using statistics, in-house models, industry insights, and your own judgment to deliver industry-leading odds. 

What you'll do 

As a Trading Graduate at FanDuel, you’ll learn how data and decision-making drive our sports betting markets. With guidance from experienced teams, you’ll: 

• Use data and insights to help support trading and pricing decisions. 

• Monitor live sports markets and help identify trends or issues as they happen. 

• Learn how risk, compliance, and fraud teams work together to keep markets running smoothly. 

• Support projects that improve risk & trading tools, processes, and the overall customer experience. 

• Share ideas and findings with teammates, helping turn insights into action.

The Application Process 

If your application is successful, you’ll go through three simple stages: 

Round 1: HireVue online video interview  
Round 2: SHL online general ability & personality assessment 
Final Round: In-person assessment centre in March 2025

Important information 

• This is a 2-year fixed-term contract commencing September 2026.
