This position involves the development and execution of a strategic roadmap to enhance data integration, identity resolution, and profile activation, contributing to the organization’s customer data platform goals. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a deep understanding of customer data management, and experience working in MarTech environments. This role includes managerial responsibilities and requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams.Lead product vision: Drive key areas shaping the future of audience management, customer reconciliation across multiple source systems and align across the business on definitions and merge policies in Adobe’s CDP (RTCDP).Align teams: Partner with engineering, IT, business, sales and marketing teams to deliver seamless user experiencesScale the platform: Evolve our system to move into near real time capabilities with ecommerce and sales, establish two way road maps of data flows and improve customer experience and personalization across the Adobe CDP and associated platforms.Measure: Set clear goals, metrics, and growth plans; conduct regular performance KPIs. Base pay offered may vary depending on geographic region, internal equity, job related knowledge, skills and experience, among other factors.
