Your RoleRoomPriceGenie is proud of its rapidly growing, industry-leading ecosystem of partners, and we’re looking for a Global Partner Marketing Manager to help us scale how we go to market together.Sitting within the Partnerships team, this role owns the partner marketing strategy end to end — from high-impact strategic partner co-marketing campaigns to building scalable, programmatic frameworks that enable marketing across the full spectrum of our global partner base.This is a high visibility role for someone who enjoys both strategy and execution. You’ll create brand new frameworks, develop content, run campaigns, and work closely with Marketing, Commercial, and Product teams to ensure partner marketing directly supports pipeline growth, revenue, and product adoption.Your ResponsibilitiesPartner Marketing Strategy & PositioningOwn and evolve RoomPriceGenie’s partner marketing strategy in line with company growth objectivesLead strategic partner co-marketing campaigns that clearly position RoomPriceGenie’s value in partner ecosystemsIdentify priority partners and marketing opportunities based on commercial impactDefine partner marketing goals, KPIs, and reporting in collaboration with Partnerships and Marketing leadershipStrategic Campaigns & Partner EventsPlan and execute joint campaigns with strategic partners, including content, webinars, launches, and demand-generation initiativesSupport regional marketing with the delivery of in-person partner events, including co-hosted events, sponsorships and other field activityEnsure campaigns are well-executed, on-brand, measurable and deliver consistent ROIScalable & Programmatic Partner MarketingDesign and build scalable partner marketing frameworks to support breadth partners at scaleCreate repeatable programs, templates, and playbooks that enable partners to market RoomPriceGenie consistently and effectivelyBalance automation and scalability with quality and performancePartner ContentSupport the partner enablement function with messaging, value propositions, comparison positioning, and campaign assetsWork closely with Product Marketing to translate product capabilities into clear, partner-relevant narrativesEnable partners with the tools and guidance they need to successfully represent and sell RoomPriceGenieCross-Functional CollaborationAct as the marketing leader within the Partnerships teamCollaborate closely with Marketing (Content, Product Marketing, Web, Regional, Demand Gen), Commercial, and Product teamsEnsure partner marketing is aligned with broader go-to-market priorities and messagingYour ProfileExperience5+ years’ experience in partner marketing, regional marketing, or ecosystem marketing (SaaS or tech preferred)Proven track record of running co-marketing campaigns with partnersExperience building scalable marketing programs rather than only one-off initiativesComfortable working cross-functionally in a fast-growing organisationSkills & AttributesStrong strategic thinker with a proven hands-on, execution-driven approachConfident content creator and editor, with a clear eye for messaging and positioningExcellent stakeholder management and communication skillsHighly organised, able to manage multiple partners and priorities simultaneouslyData-driven mindset with a focus on commercial outcomesMindsetAll the P’s!
