We are a company of motivated team players with diverse backgrounds driving accelerated growth in a supportive, positive culture.The Job: Website Ownership Lead the day-to-day management of the corporate website, ensuring alignment with the organization’s brand, messaging, and strategic priorities. Establish and enforce website standards, content governance frameworks, and quality controls. Conduct regular content audits to remove duplication, outdated material, and inaccuracies. Oversee routine performance testing, QA, and monitoring to ensure site speed, stability, and technical excellence across devices and browsers. Ensure full compliance with accessibility standards, data privacy regulations, and all applicable legal requirements. Traffic Growth, SEO, & AI Visibility Develop and execute strategies to increase organic traffic, improve keyword rankings, and grow overall domain authority. Lead on-page and off-page SEO initiatives, partnering with content marketing to optimize page structure, metadata, and content performance. Conduct regular SEO audits for priority keyword categories and competitive themes. Oversee backlink acquisition efforts and manage SEO reporting, insights, and recommendations. Evaluate competitor search performance and identify whitespace opportunities. AI Visibility & Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) Track and improve the company’s visibility in AI Overviews (AIO), SGE-style summaries, answer engines, and AI-powered search experiences. Optimize site architecture, structured data, and content markup to increase inclusion and accuracy in AI-generated responses. Collaborate with content and product marketing to create GEO-friendly content frameworks that align with how LLMs consume, interpret, and surface information. Build and manage an AIO/GEO reporting framework, measuring impressions, citations, click-through patterns, and model-specific performance trends. Identify and test strategies to increase brand presence across generative engines (ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, Claude, etc.) and AI-powered search. Stay current on AI search algorithm updates, LLM ingest patterns, and emerging best practices to maintain competitive advantage. CRO & Analytics Own Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategy across the website and landing pages. Use Google Analytics, heatmapping tools, and other analytics platforms to analyze behavior flows, identify drop-off points, and develop hypotheses for testing. Plan and execute A/B and multivariate tests to improve conversion rates, engagement, and overall site performance. Report key insights and performance trends to leadership and cross-functional teams. User Experience & Competitive Intelligence Continuously evaluate competitor websites to identify industry benchmarks, UX innovations, and opportunities for differentiation. Collaborate with design, product marketing, and content to create intuitive, high-performing user experiences. Lead initiatives to improve site navigation, content discoverability, and overall customer journey efficiency. Infrastructure & Technical Stewardship Maintain domain, hosting, CDN registrations, and ensure all site infrastructure remains current and optimized. Partner with engineering and agency resources to implement new templates, components, and platform enhancements. Ensure best-in-class website security, uptime, and performance monitoring. What you'll Bring: Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:   5-7 years of prior website management Deep knowledge in Content Management Systems (Storyblok), GA4, GTM, Search Console, SEMRush, Hubspot, SFDC, Figma, AthenaHQ, VWO Deep experience in SEO /GEO and driving site traffic  Ability to troubleshoot website issues in a fast-paced environment. Compensation: The Base Pay for this position is: $105,000 - $115,000. The Base Pay Range for this position is based on the industry benchmark for position, function, level and the company's compensation strategies. However, final offers may vary from the amount listed based on geography, candidate experience and expertise, and other objective business.
