Release Manager (New Games Release Strategy)

Galaxsys is a global casino game provider creating high-performing games for operators worldwide. We are building a scalable global release system to support rapid portfolio growth and structured game distribution across international markets.

The Release Manager is a key cross-functional leadership role responsible for connecting and synchronizing three strategic units:
• Product & Development
• Marketing / Content / PR
• Partner Management & Account Teams

This role owns the full release strategy and ensures all departments operate as a single, aligned system for every game launch.

Responsibilities

• Build and manage a structured release system (3 releases per month / 36 games per year)


• Own and maintain the global Release Calendar


• Design and execute phased rollout models (Exclusive → Tier-1 → Tier-2/3 → Global)


• Define KPIs for each game


• Manage release budgets and promo allocations

• Full ownership of the release lifecycle: Pre-release, Soft launch, Global launch, Post-launch scaling


• Cross-team coordination between Product, Marketing, Partners, and Tech


• Process management, timelines, internal alignment, and execution control

• Management of exclusives and placements


• Launch of network promo campaigns and tournaments


• Partner commitment coordination


• Scaling successful games across regions and markets

• Performance analysis (Users, Retention, Turnover, Revenue)


• Identification of high-potential (“hit”) titles


• Execution of fast-scale strategies for top-performing games


• Activation of affiliate and partner growth channels
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in Release Management / Product Launch / Operations / Product Marketing / Business Development


• Experience working with digital products, platforms, or performance-driven ecosystems


• Understanding of gaming / betting / casino / digital entertainment markets is a strong advantage


• Strong systems and process thinking


• Ability to manage complex cross-functional operations


• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills


• Strategic, analytical mindset


• English required, Russian is a plus
