Regional Sales Manager

Our Client, an industry leader in the manufacturing and distribution of industrial equipment and automation solutions, is seeking a Regional Sales Manager to join their team in El Segundo, CA. The successful candidate will oversee a team of sales representatives driving complex B2B sales cycles within the industrial manufacturing sector. Qualifications

To be successful in this role, candidates must possess:

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales within the industrial manufacturing sector.
• Proven experience managing complex B2B sales cycles and distributor relationships.
• In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, supply chain, and industry regulations.
• Proven track record of territory growth and team development.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team leadership skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.

Pay/Benefits

Our Client offers a competitive salary range of $142,432-$182,432 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. A comprehensive benefits package is also provided, which includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and more.
