The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to drive profitable business growth, increase brand awareness, and enhance customer engagement in the region.Products include: Stretchers, Safe Patient Handling and SurfacesYour Key Responsibilities: Strategic Planning and ExecutionDevelop and execute regional marketing strategies to achieve business objectives, aligned with global marketing initiativesManage the portfolio profitability and drive portfolio rationalization where requiredConduct market research and analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges in the Western European HST marketCollaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plansProduct MarketingDevelop and execute product marketing plans for Surfaces, Safe Patient Handling, and Stretchers product lines, including product launches, promotions, and campaignsCreate and manage product content, including product descriptions, datasheets, and case studiesWork closely with global and cluster product management to ensure product messaging and positioning are aligned with market requirementsAct as second line support for local tender submission to ensure HST solutions are positioned in the best possible wayPromotional supportDevelop and distributor support tools and materials to ensure maximum effectiveness for distributor partnersWork with install base data and the service organization to identify opportunities for repair and upgrade for customers wishing to maintain their current fleetsMeasure and analyze campaign performance, using data and insights to optimize future campaignsBudgeting and ReportingManage regional marketing budget and ensure effective allocation of resourcesDevelop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure marketing performance and ROIProvide regular marketing reports and insights to stakeholders, including sales, product management, and global marketing teamsStakeholder ManagementCollaborate with internal stakeholders, including sales, product management, and customer service, to ensure alignment and effective execution of marketing plansDevelop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry expertsRepresent the company at industry events and conferences, as requiredYour Profile:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing and product marketingProven track record of success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive business growth and increase brand awarenessStrong understanding of the Western European HST market and industry trendsExcellent communication, project management, and analytical skillsAbility to work independently and collaboratively as part of a global teamFluency in English, with proficiency in additional European languages a plusEqual Employment OpportunityBaxter is an equal opportunity employer.
