Part-time 20 hours per week - freelanceYour role and goalsAre you a highly motivated, sales-focused regional marketer ready to localize and leverage global marketing programs, create brand awareness, and drive pipeline conversion for our market in North America? Then you are what we need.Productsup is looking for an experienced Freelance Marketing Manager (part-time) to support our Berlin-based Senior Marketing Manager for four months, mid-June to mid-October 2026. You’d be playing a key role in executing integrated marketing programs, both online and in-person events, partnership marketing and demand generation efforts for the North American market.Throughout the four months, you will:Get to know the marketing and sales teams and your main stakeholders; develop a strong understanding of the goals and initiatives that are key to success in the North American regionSupport building and executing high-impact localized campaigns and events for the North American market in partnership with key stakeholders to achieve KPIs, with a focus on pipeline generation and account expansion for our sales teamMaintain and track event calendars, project plans, and reports, and communicate updates and results to relevant teams and managementAlign North American marketing initiatives with the various central marketing resources: corporate communications, marketing programs, digital/social, and designReport the pipeline targets (MQL, SAL, SQL, opportunities) and brand awareness metricsMonitor and analyze campaign performance and event feedback, and provide insights and recommendations for improvementWhat you bring to the team5+ years of field marketing experience in a B2B SaaS environmentDegree in marketing, corporate communications, or equivalent work experienceExperience in event management is a must. Experience in organizing retail, marketing, or tech events, like Shoptalk, NRF, eTail, etc., is a bonusWork independently and be able to plan and deliver against hard deadlines while managing several projects in an effective mannerAnalytical mindset with proficiency in using marketing analytics tools to measure campaign effectiveness and make data-driven decisionsTech-savvy and data-focused with a solid understanding of the online marketing and/or ecommerce industriesExperience with marketing automation software (e.g., HubSpot, Qlik, and Salesforce) is a plus)Strong communication skills, both verbal and writtenProductsup values diversity.
