The Job at a GlanceUnlimited Service Group is seeking a strategic, performance-driven marketing leader to accelerate field service technician hiring across our 40+ brand portfolio nationwide. This role owns demand generation strategy, campaign execution, funnel optimization, and messaging specifically for recruiting commercial foodservice equipment technicians. This is a marketing role that partners closely with Talent Acquisition to increase applicant volume, improve candidate quality, and build scalable hiring pipelines. Recruiting retains ownership of candidate evaluation and hiring decisions.
