Due to limited internal production capacity and a sustained increase in incoming requests, additional resources are needed to maintain quality, speed, and consistency. This position exists to support the design, build, maintenance, and testing of landing pages and websites critical to recruitment campaigns. By augmenting the current team’s bandwidth, this role helps ensure timely delivery and continuous optimization of digital marketing assets.RESPONSIBILITIESCompleting Recruitment Marketing tasks and learningLead project to launch new social media channels and enhance existing onesLearn and execute Landing Page DesignWork with campaign deployment and optimizationREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSCurrently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degreeStrong analytical, organizational, and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detailInterest in marketing, recruitment, employer branding, or HR technologyAbility to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication skillsComfortable working independently and collaboratively as part of a team PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONSExperience or coursework related to landing page creation or website content management preferredThe Recruitment Marketing Intern will support the Recruitment Marketing team by assisting with day to day operations and contributing to high impact projects.
