We are dedicated to creating seamless mobile banking experiences for our users, integrating digital payments, and catering to crypto enthusiasts. We are currently seeking an experienced React Native Engineer to join our team remotely from New York City. The position involves leading a pod of 3-4 mobile developers and focusing on product development. Applicants should ideally have 3-6 years of experience in the field.
Position Overview
As our React Native Engineer, you will be responsible for leading your dedicated pod in developing and maintaining our mobile application. Collaborate with our distributed team of professionals and help us deliver high-quality software solutions. Please note, this is a 100% remote, full-time position.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead a pod of 3-4 mobile developers
- Develop and maintain our mobile application using React Native
- Work closely with our product team to define feature specifications
- Participate in code reviews to maintain a high-quality codebase
- Collaborate with the design team to ensure a consistent user experience
Required Qualifications
- 3-6 years of experience with React Native
- Certification as an AWS Mobile Developer or Azure Mobile Developer
- Proficiency in using Fastlane, Jest/Detox, REST APIs, Swift/SwiftUI, Kotlin, CircleCI/Jenkins
- Excellent communication skills for effective remote collaboration
- Experience with remote work tools and practices
- Must be self-motivated and able to work independently
- A home office setup with reliable internet
Preferred Qualifications
- Certification as an Apple Developer or Azure Mobile Developer is a plus
- Previous experience in a leadership role
- Exposure to FinTech and/or the crypto space
