Join our team as a Property Management Marketing Manager!Application Deadline: July 10, 2026Gorman & Company is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to lead marketing strategy for our nationwide affordable housing portfolio. In this remote role, you'll oversee marketing initiatives that drive leasing success, support new developments and acquisitions, strengthen our brand, and provide leadership to property management teams across the country. If you're a strategic marketer who enjoys combining creativity with data-driven decision making, we'd love to hear from you.What You'll DoLead and execute portfolio-wide marketing strategies for lease-up, acquisition, and stabilized communities.Develop multi-channel campaigns across digital, social media, print, email, websites, and online advertising to support occupancy and resident engagement.Partner with on-site teams through regular occupancy meetings, using market data and performance metrics to recommend marketing strategies that drive results.Oversee marketing technology, websites, SEO, analytics, online reputation management, and reporting to continuously improve lead generation and campaign performance.Manage advertising vendors, marketing budgets, branding standards, marketing materials, and department processes while leading and developing the marketing team.Collaborate across departments to support new community launches, software implementations, training initiatives, and company-wide marketing communications.Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all communities while maintaining compliance with approved marketing strategies and Fair Housing marketing requirements.Develop marketing resources, templates, and best practices that equip on-site teams to successfully market their communities and achieve occupancy goals.What You'll Bring7+ years of professional marketing experience, preferably within multifamily housing; affordable housing experience is a plus.Strong knowledge of digital marketing, branding, social media, SEO, website management, analytics, and campaign performance measurement.Experience leading marketing projects, managing multiple priorities, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.Proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, Microsoft Office, Smartsheet, and marketing technologies; experience with RealPage is preferred.Excellent communication, creativity, analytical thinking, and project management skills, along with a willingness to travel occasionally throughout the portfolio.Compensation & BenefitsCompetitive salary starting at $115,000-$135,000 annually, depending on geographic location and experience.Medical, dental, and vision insuranceCompany-paid short- and long-term disability insurance401(k) with up to a 6% company match18 days of paid time off11.5 paid holidaysPaid parental leaveLifestyle spending accountsPet insurance and gym reimbursementDiscretionary bonus opportunityThis position is remote with occasional travel, including overnight travel, to support communities and initiatives across our nationwide portfolio.If you're ready to help shape the marketing strategy behind communities that make a lasting impact, we'd love to hear from you.
