In this role, you'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients while coordinating with our internal teams to ensure campaigns are executed flawlessly and delivered on time.Salary & Benefits:This is a full-time, remote position with a starting salary of $70,000 annually. Your organizational skills are impeccable, and you take pride in keeping projects running smoothly while anticipating potential roadblocks before they arise.Key ResponsibilitiesServe as the main client point of contact throughout campaign lifecyclesManage project timelines, resources, and deliverables using project management systemsMaintain impeccable and timely communication with internal teams using project management tools and Zoom; marshaling the needed resources for each campaign within the verticalProvide thorough and timely communication with clients through bi-weekly calls and email correspondencePrepare and distribute meeting agendas, schedule client calls, and follow-up communications, ensuring clients always understand the value of their campaign.Translate complex campaign results into clear, cohesive narratives that demonstrate value to clients in an easy-to-understand waySupport strategists with technical analysis using tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush's competitor gap analysis as neededIdentify and mitigate risks to project timelines and budgetsMaintain thorough documentation of project requirements and client communications, assisting the Strategist in creating client reports and internal executive summariesQualifications3+ years of project management experience, preferably in a digital marketing agencyPMP certification strongly preferredProficiency with project management software and methodologiesExperience working in fast-paced, remote environmentsExceptional communication skills with the ability to explain complex concepts in accessible termsStrong organizational abilities and attention to detailExperience with SEO tools like Screaming Frog and SEMrush preferredAbility to multitask and prioritize competing deadlinesPhysical Demands & Work Environment:Required fluency in reading, writing, and speaking EnglishRequired to attend & participate in virtual meetingsRequired to type proficientlyRequired to maintain sufficient internet bandwidth to run company applications and attend meetings with clear videoA dedicated private & professional workspace, free from distractions and well-litRequired to structure environment conducive to productivityRequired to have consistent access to a computer, webcam, and microphone during working hours & to record all company meetings and ensure they’re properly stored in the Google DriveFull adherence to FPS Dress Code and Cyber Security SOPOccasional travel (up to twice per year) may be requiredTo apply:Once you upload your resume, you will be able to complete the application questions and upload any additional materials you may wish to include (cover letter, samples of work, etc.)Our process:We invite qualified applicants to an initial video interview.
