Job Description:The Program Marketing Manager is responsible for managing and growing client and stakeholder relationships while ensuring successful delivery of program and marketing initiatives. This role serves as the primary liaison between clients, marketing teams, program teams, and internal stakeholders, aligning strategic objectives with execution to drive engagement, satisfaction, and measurable outcomes.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Serve as the primary marketing point of contact for assigned accounts, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholdersCollaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to develop and execute strategies that align with program goals and ensure successful project deliveryOversee program marketing initiatives end-to-end, providing leadership and ensuring alignment with organizational strategy, timelines, deliverables, and cross-functional coordinationOrganize and lead regular meetings to review program progress, set agendas, assign action items, and ensure timely follow-upPrepare reports, dashboards, and summaries that provide insights into program performance, engagement, and outcomesProactively identify risks, opportunities, and areas for improvement, ensuring continuous optimization of account performanceOversee the creation and dissemination of program communications, including digital content, campaigns, events, and outreach initiativesSupport the planning and execution of program-related events to enhance engagement, visibility, and member experienceRepresent the organization at conferences and industry events to promote programs and strengthen relationshipsGuide team members in research and outreach efforts to identify and engage new opportunities, partners, and stakeholdersDevelop and implement tools, templates, and strategies to facilitate collaboration and networking among members and partnersEngage directly with community members to foster interaction, deliver value, and strengthen program participationRespond to inquiries from members and prospective members, providing clear and timely information about program opportunitiesBuild and maintain strong relationships with government and industry leaders to support program growth and strategic objectivesMaintain accurate documentation and tracking of account activities, communications, and performance metricsPerform other related duties as assignedQualifications Expected for Position:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field3–7 years of experience in account management, program management, marketing, or client successStrong project management and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prioritiesExcellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilitiesExperience working cross-functionally in a fast-paced environmentFamiliarity with CRM systems and marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, marketing automation platforms)Experience supporting events, outreach initiatives, or community engagement preferredBasic graphic design or content creation experience is a plusPreferred Skills/ExperienceExperience with marketing automation software, such as Salesforce, WordPress, Zoom/ZoomGov, and HubSpotUnderstanding of social media platforms, from a creative and operational perspectivePrior experience working with the Department of War (DoW)Required license or credential needed to perform job: Ability to receive security clearanceTravel: Travel for this position is estimated up to ≤35%Equal Opportunity Employer:NSTXL is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
