Location: Isle of Man

Overview of the role:

To provide support within the ACE migration program in the Client App, Sports and Casino domain team, with a focus on confirming requirements are met, supporting compliance needs, and ensuring operational readiness ahead of release.

This role follows a hybrid approach to working, allowing you to combine working from home with working in our modern offices. These discussions are between you and your manager to find the best pattern for you both, while recognising that quality time together is essential for keeping us mission-aligned.

What you’ll do:

• The migration introduces high operational and regulatory risk if requirements are unclear or missed

• Existing teams are focused on build and delivery, with limited capacity for detailed validation and readiness work

• A dedicated BA will reduce risk by ensuring requirements, UAT outcomes, and operational considerations are consistently tracked and validated

What you’ll bring:

• Deep understanding of Sports operations, understand existing processes, regulatory considerations, and operational dependencies without a long onboarding period.

• Strong requirements validation capability, supporting delivery teams by confirming that agreed functional, operational, and compliance requirements are met as part of the migration.

• Practical UAT support, helping define relevant test scenarios, track outcomes, and ensure issues are clearly documented and followed through.

• Operational and compliance awareness, reducing the risk of late-stage issues by ensuring operational readiness activities and handovers are completed ahead of go-live.

• Clear documentation and communication, acting as a central point for maintaining up- to-date requirements, flows, and supporting artefacts, and ensuring key decisions and risks are visible across teams
