You'll be responsible for designing, executing, and iterating on multi-channel campaigns that drive user activation, feature adoption, and product engagement. This role sits at the intersection of product, data, and marketing. You'll use product usage data to identify opportunities, craft compelling messaging, collaborate with product development on in-product experiences, and measure what works. If you love turning data insights into action and seeing direct impact on product metrics, this is the role for you.What makes this role unique:You'll own the entire campaign lifecycle - from segmentation to creative to measurementDirect product impact - Your campaigns drive activation, not just awarenessData-driven from day 1 - Every decision backed by product analyticsAI-native approach - We build for developers that create AI innovationsThis is what you’ll be doingOwn PLG Campaign Execution (60%)Design & Execute Multi-Channel Campaigns:Plan and execute monthly PLG campaigns targeting specific user segmentsOwn multi-channel campaigns end-to-end from rollout to analysisCollaborate with engineering to launch in-app banners, modals, and notificationsA/B test messaging, timing, and channels to optimize performanceData-Driven Segmentation:Work with data team to identify high-value user segmentsWrite segmentation criteria based on product behaviorBuild and maintain custom messaging listsValidate segment quality and iterate based on resultsMeasure & Iterate:Track campaign performance: open rates, click rates, conversions, primary metricsRun retrospectives after each campaign to identify learningsBuild a continuous optimization loop: test → measure → iterate → scaleReport results to leadership with clear insights and recommendationsBuild PLG Infrastructure (30%)Campaign Operations:Build and maintain the PLG campaign playbookCreate reusable templates for emails, banners, dev handoffs, retrospectivesEstablish processes for campaign planning, execution, and measurementSet up dashboards to track campaign health metricsCross-Functional Collaboration:Partner with product and engineering to build in-product componentsWork with design on campaign creative (emails, banners, modals)Collaborate with product on identifying campaign opportunitiesAlign with data team on segmentation logic and trackingTools & Systems:Manage email marketing platformConfigure audience segments and campaign automationSet up tracking and attribution for campaign performanceMaintain campaign calendar and coordinate launchesStrategic Growth Initiatives (10%)Growth Experimentation:Identify new campaign opportunities from product dataTest new channelsExperiment with growth loops and viral mechanicsScale what works, kill what doesn'tVoice of Customer:Analyze user feedback from campaigns (replies, support tickets)Surface insights to product team on friction pointsInform product roadmap with campaign learningsWhat we are looking forYou have hands-on experience running product-led growth campaignsYou've worked with segmentation, personalization, and behavioral triggersYou have a data-driven mindset and are comfortable working with numbersYou know how to set up experiments and measure what worksYou understand developer products and can speak their languageYou are execution oriented, planning and shipping campaigns consistentlyYou're comfortable with ambiguity and figuring things outYou move fast and iterate based on learningsYou are aligned with our company values.Preferred backgroundProduct marketing experience at B2B SaaS or developer tools companyExperience with email marketing platformsUnderstanding of activation, retention, and growth metricsStrong writing skills (emails, landing pages, product copy)What we offer100% Remote Work: Work from anywhere in the world where you can do your best work.
