ROLE OVERVIEW We are seeking a Product Marketing Manager to lead the go-to-market strategy for Clearwater’s Insurance and Asset Owner segment, with a primary focus on our core middle- and back-office investment accounting and reporting platform.This role owns how Clearwater’s accounting, data, and reporting capabilities are positioned, packaged, and brought to market for insurers, pension funds, asset owners, and corporates globally. You will translate complex product capabilities into clear, differentiated value for investment operations, finance, risk, and executive stakeholders.You will partner closely with Product Management, Sales, Client Services, and the broader Marketing team to drive adoption, pipeline, and expansion.KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Product & Segment PositioningOwn positioning and messaging for Clearwater’s middle- and back-office accounting platform for Insurance and Asset OwnersClearly articulate Clearwater’s differentiation across investment accounting, data integrity, regulatory reporting, valuations, and scaleDevelop segment-specific narratives that resonate with COOs, Heads of Investment Operations, and Finance and accountingGo-to-Market Strategy & ExecutionLead GTM planning for new capabilities and major releases relevant to Insurance and Asset OwnersTranslate product roadmaps into customer-ready value propositions, use cases, and launch assetsPartner with Brand, Demand Gen, and Field Marketing to activate global segment-specific programsSales & Client EnablementEquip Sales and Client Services with messaging, pitch decks, solution briefs, and competitive positioning.Support strategic deals, renewals, and executive conversations with tailored product narratives.Market & Customer InsightDevelop a deep understanding of insurance and asset owner investment operations, regulatory environments, and buyer dynamicsGather and synthesize customer feedback, competitive intelligence, and market trendsRepresent validated market needs back to Product Management to inform roadmap prioritiesWHAT WE LOOK FOR 8+ years of experience in Product Marketing, Product Strategy, or related roles in fintech, investment technology, or B2B SaaSStrong domain experience in investment accounting, regulatory reporting, valuations, performance, or investment data platformsExperience supporting insurance companies, pensions, asset owners, or corporatesProven ability to translate complex products into compelling market narrativesStrong executive communication and cross-functional influence skillsBA/BS requiredWhat we offer:Business casual atmosphereTeam focused culture that promotes innovation and ownershipAccess cutting edge investment reporting technology and expertise RSUs as well as employee stock purchase plan and 401k with match  PTO and volunteer time off to give back to the community Defined and undefined career pathways allowing you to grow your own way Work from anywhere 3 weeks out of the year Work from home FridaysMaternity and paternity leaveSalary Range$130,000.00 - $165,000.00 + bonusThis is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on relevant experience, other job-related qualifications/skills, and geographic location (to account for comparative cost of living). The Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time.
