Job DescriptionJoin Enlyte's Casualty Product Marketing team as a Product Marketing Manager, Clinical Solutions. In this strategic role, you'll be the driving force behind marketing campaigns, sales enablement programs, and thought leadership initiatives that empower Area Sales Managers to successfully sell Enlyte's field case management solutions. You'll combine product marketing expertise with sales enablement strategy, campaign execution, and program management to deliver high-impact marketing that drives customer engagement and business growth. Working across a matrixed organization, you'll partner with clinical product leadership, sales teams, creative professionals, and subject matter experts to develop accurate, compelling, field-ready resources that make a real difference in how our solutions are marketed and sold.What You'll DoCampaign Development & ExecutionDevelop and execute large, multi-touch marketing campaigns that drive awareness and engagement for Enlyte's clinical solutionsBuild comprehensive campaign briefs that outline strategy, messaging, tactics, timeline, and success metricsPresent campaign debriefs with performance analysis, learnings, and data-driven optimization recommendationsMake strategic optimization decisions based on performance data to continuously improve campaign effectiveness and ROISales Enablement & Field SupportCreate marketing content and sales tools specifically designed to help Area Sales Managers successfully sell field case management solutionsDevelop high-quality sales collateral including one-sheets, case studies, competitive positioning, ROI materials, and sales presentationsProvide ongoing field sales support, training, and responsive assistance to ASMsGather and incorporate field feedback to ensure marketing materials address real selling challenges and customer needsThought Leadership & Content DevelopmentDevelop thought leadership content that positions Enlyte as a clinical authority in workers' compensationCreate educational and clinical content across multiple formats (webinars, articles, case studies, whitepapers, infographics)Ensure all content is clinically accurate, compelling, and aligned with Enlyte's brand and positioningTranslate complex clinical and technical information into accessible, engaging content for diverse audiencesWebinar & Program ManagementLead recurring webinar and educational programs that support ASM selling efforts and customer engagementManage program strategy, speaker coordination, content development, and promotional executionTrack program performance, participant feedback, and ROIContinuously optimize programs based on data and stakeholder feedbackCross-Functional CoordinationDrive alignment and collaboration across clinical product leadership, sales, creative, digital marketing, marketing operations, and subject matter expertsManage complex project dependencies and timelines in a matrixed organizationCommunicate effectively with diverse stakeholders with different priorities and perspectivesEnsure clinical accuracy, compliance, and quality standards across all marketing materials Qualifications Required Experience:5+ years in product marketing, demand generation, sales enablement, sales support, or related B2B marketing rolesDemonstrated experience developing and executing multi-touch marketing campaignsProven ability to manage large, complex projects in a matrixed organizationStrong understanding of campaign planning, execution, and optimizationExperience creating product messaging, sales collateral, and marketing contentBackground in webinar, event support, or recurring program managementPreferred Qualifcaitons: Healthcare, clinical, or casualty/workers' compensation industry experience (preferred)Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and campaign management softwareExperience presenting to senior leadership and diverse stakeholder groupsSelf-directed, adaptable, and comfortable working in ambiguous environmentsCustomer-focused mindset with commitment to understanding ASM and end-customer needsContinuous improvement orientation with data-driven decision-making approachKey Skills & Competencies:StrategicThinking: Ability to align marketing efforts with business strategy and customer needsCampaign Management: Experience building campaign briefs, managing timelines, and optimizing performanceSales Orientation: Understanding of sales processes and ability to develop practical, field-ready resourcesContent Development: Strong writing and editing skills; ability to create compelling, accurate contentData Analysis: Proficiency with marketing analytics and ability to make optimization decisions based on dataCommunication: Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills; ability to communicate with diverse stakeholders BenefitsWe’re committed to supporting your ultimate well-being through our total compensation package offerings that support your health, wealth and self. Benefits eligibility may differ depending on full-time or part-time status. Compensation depends on the applicable US geographic market.
