We’re looking for team members who are excited to solve meaningful problems, build trusted relationships, and help shape the future of governance, risk, and compliance.About the RoleWe’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to own how Themis brings its products to market and tells its story to banks, credit unions, and fintechs.In this role you’ll sit at the center of Product, Sales, and Customer Success, translating complex governance, risk, and compliance capabilities into clear positioning, messaging, and enablement that drives pipeline and adoption. You’ll own launches, build the content that helps prospects and customers understand our value, and arm the sales team with the materials they need to win.The ideal candidate combines sharp strategic thinking with strong execution. You can interview customers, distill insights, and turn them into compelling narratives, and you are comfortable going deep on a technical, regulated product.Working Hours & AvailabilityThemis is a remote-first team that primarily operates Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM ET.
