This role acts as a strategic connector between Product, Marketing, Business Development, and Account Management teams worldwide.Key responsibilitiesGo-to-Market Strategy: Develop and execute comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches and existing product enhancements, ensuring alignment with overall business objectivesMarket Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify target segments, customer needs, and competitive landscapeProduct Positioning: Define and communicate compelling product positioning and messaging that resonates with our target audienceContent Creation: Develop and oversee the creation of engaging marketing content, including videos, whitepapers, case studies, and blog postsSales Enablement: Provide sales teams with the necessary tools, training, and support to effectively sell products and servicesMarket Analysis: Track market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify opportunities and threatsPerformance Measurement: Monitor product performance metrics and analyze data to measure success and identify areas for improvement.The successful product marketing manager will:Understand our global product service offerings inside and outPartner with the product and marketing team to implement competitive positioning strategies and compelling, differentiated messaging, to engage, excite and convert prospects and clientsUse client data to build buyer personas which articulate buyer expectations, preferences and aversions and provide guidance to the global marketing and business development teams on how best to reach and influence decision-makersDevelop and implement methods to collect and share timely research and relevant insights with the global marketing, business development and account management teams around competitive intelligence, and market trends within our target verticalsBuild strong, amiable relationships with key strategic partners, internally and externally, and provide data-driven feedback as appropriatePosition the global business development and account management teams to win more business by creating and maintaining a robust repository of sales enablement materials, including videos, product fact sheets, competitive comparisons (Beat Sheets) and other collateral, prioritized by organization need and mapped to the buying journeyDevelop and maintain a library of use cases and current client success stories to support new sales and upsell opportunitiesProvide training to marketing, business development and account management teams on new sales enablement materials and in support of GTM and GIM campaign goals and plansQualificationsBachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field7+ years of experience in product marketing, preferably for a B2B enterprise solutionStrong understanding of product lifecycle management and product marketing best practicesProven track record of successful product launches and market positioningExperience marketing technology products, ideally within fintech or legaltechExperience with CRM, marketing automation and ABM technology toolsProven ability to develop and implement product positioning and messaging strategies including multi-channel go-to-market and grow-in-market strategies and plansSkillsAbility to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environmentStrong analytical skills and ability to interpret dataDemonstrated success leading cross-functional projects and nurturing strong partnerships with business leaders globally, to drive positive bottom line resultsExcellent written and verbal communication skills, exceptional listening and presentation skills, and a positive solutions-focused attitudeHighly skilled at seeking out and applying data and insights to make informed decisions and change course quicklyExceptional deadline-driven, detail-focused project management skills and ability to work independentlyA never-ending desire to try new and interesting strategies and tactics to improve processes and resultsUsing AI in your applicationWe’re happy for you to use AI tools to research us, polish your cv/cover letter, and practice interviews.
