Job Description:The Manager, Product Marketing is responsible for driving product success in the market by developing and executing strategic marketing plans that clearly communicate product value and generate demand. This role partners closely with Product Management, Sales, and Marketing to lead go‑to‑market strategies, create compelling messaging and content, and enable sales teams to effectively position and sell CSI products. The ideal candidate brings a strong mix of strategic thinking, creativity, analytical skills, and cross‑functional collaboration, with experience in banking, fintech, or SaaS environments.KEY RESPONSIBILITIESConduct market research and competitive analysis to identify market trends, customer needs, and opportunities for differentiationDevelop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with market demand to drive product adoptionCreate clear, compelling messaging and content that communicates product value propositions to target audiencesCollaborate with Product Management to support roadmap planning, feature prioritization, and market alignmentPartner with Sales and Marketing teams to develop sales enablement materials and demand‑generation campaignsMonitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) including sales performance, market share, adoption, and customer satisfaction, and adjust strategies based on insightsCollaborate with Pricing teams to support pricing, packaging, and product bundling strategiesServe as the primary point of contact for product‑related inquiries from internal teams and external stakeholdersPerform other duties as assignedPRIMARY RESULTS ACCOUNTABLE FOR ACHIEVINGMarket Penetration: Drive increased market share through targeted campaigns that support customer acquisition and retentionProduct Adoption & Growth: Increase product usage and adoption, resulting in revenue growth and improved customer lifetime valueGo‑to‑Market Success: Deliver successful product launches with strong positioning, messaging, pricing, and distribution strategiesCompetitive Positioning: Strengthen differentiation and establish CSI products as leaders within their competitive landscapesSales Enablement: Equip sales teams with tools, training, and resources to improve sales effectiveness and performanceContent Creation & Engagement: Produce high‑quality marketing collateral that increases engagement, lead generation, and conversionsCustomer Insights & Feedback: Gather and analyze customer and market feedback to inform product and marketing strategyMarketing ROI: Measure, analyze, and optimize marketing activities to maximize return on investmentCross‑Functional Collaboration: Foster strong partnerships across Product, Sales, and Marketing teamsContinuous Improvement: Regularly evaluate and refine strategies based on performance data, feedback, and industry trendsJOB REQUIREMENTSProduct marketing experience within Banking, Fintech, or Software (SaaS) (required)Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field3+ years of experience in product marketing or related rolesStrong understanding of product management and marketing principlesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsAbility to think strategically and execute tactically in a fast‑paced environmentStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insightsProven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategiesExperience collaborating cross‑functionally with stakeholders at all levelsAbility to thrive in a dynamic, evolving organizationWillingness to travel up to 20%As a forward-thinking software provider, Computer Services, Inc.
