Right now, we’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to drive positioning, user journeys, and growth for our AI-powered EdTech products. This role is critical for scaling our funnels, improving performance across the lifecycle, and ensuring the product consistently delivers measurable activation, conversion, and retention results. Key Responsibilities Build and optimize full user funnels: landing pages, onboarding, activation flows, paywalls, CRM, and retention loopsAnalyze user behavior, identify bottlenecks, and run A/B tests to improve conversion ratesDevelop positioning and benefit-driven messaging for new features and updatesEnsure messaging consistency across ads, landing pages, product screens, and CRMLead GTM strategies for feature releases and product rolloutsPrepare detailed briefs and collaborate closely with product, marketing, design, analytics, and creative teamsConduct user research, interviews, surveys, and JTBD analysisTrack market and competitor trends in web & mobile apps, AI, and EdTechOwn lifecycle flows: onboarding, activation, reactivation, upsell, churn reductionMonitor key funnel metrics and prepare performance reportsProduce briefs for creative assets: landing pages, paywalls, product videos, ad creativesTranslate complex product features into simple, compelling visuals and copy Requirements 2+ years of experience in Marketing roles (Product Marketing, Growth Marketing, Performance or Lifecycle Marketing) , web preferredStrong, hands-on experience working with funnels: quiz, onboarding, paywalls, CRM, activation, retentionProven track record of improving conversion metrics and running product or marketing experimentsExperience with subscription-based apps or digital productsProficiency in analytics tools such as Mixpanel, GA4, Firebase, Appsflyer, Amplitude, PostHogStrong copywriting and messaging skills for landing pages, ads, and in-product contentUnderstanding of segmentation, personas, and user psychology Nice to have Experience in EdTech or educational digital productsExperience with AI-driven appsPaywall optimization experience (pricing tests, trial mechanics, value prop experiments)Understanding of performance marketing and creative testing workflowsExperience with funnel builders (Webflow, Lovable, etc.) What We Offer Remote workCompetitive compensationFlexible working hours (start between 9:00–11:00 CET)All necessary equipmentPaid vacation and sick leaveEducational support: reimbursement for certifications, courses, and trainingCompany events and internal knowledge-sharing activitiesTransparent communication and an open feedback culture
