Reporting to the Global Head of Marketing and Communication, you'll shape this role for the future as we develop our products in Europe. You’ll sit at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales – owning how we position Ditto’s platform, shape our category, and launch new capabilities. You’ll turn complex concepts into confident, concise narratives that drive action. One day you’re sharpening messaging for a feature; the next, you’re equipping sales to win a new vertical. This role is for someone who loves both strategy and execution. You think in frameworks, write with precision, and bring technical and non-technical stakeholders with you – a creator as well as a strategist, ready to help build the future of digital trust. What You’ll Do Be the market and competitive intelligence guru: Leverage win/loss analysis, competitive positioning and whitespace mapping to empower your commercial colleagues. Define and own product positioning and messaging: Value props and customer-centric messaging frameworks that clearly differentiate Ditto in digital identity, CIAM, and trust infrastructure. Tell the stories the ICP want to hear: Curating content such as case-studies, one-pagers and webinars to convey our key messages to market Partner with Product and Sales to identify market opportunities and develop go-to-market strategies that drive adoption, engagement, and revenue growth. Launch new capabilities and features with campaigns that connect business outcomes to real customer value. Equip our teams to win, through battlecards, playbooks, product literature and training that bring our story to life. Use data and feedback loops to refine messaging, sharpen our competitive edge, and influence roadmap priorities. Champion the customer voice: Ensuring Ditto’s products solve real-world challenges across core ICP through customer engagement (interviews, surveys and focus groups), converting these to core personas and mapping buyer journeys. What You Bring Proven experience in B2B SaaS or cybersecurity product marketing, ideally with identity, authentication, or trust technologies. The ability to simplify complex concepts — translating cryptography, regulation, and innovation into engaging human language; your communication skills are first class. A strong grasp of go-to-market strategy, customer needs, positioning, and storytelling. Tech-bias attitude to working - embracing AI and other tools to improve effectiveness and efficiency. Curiosity and creativity — you see patterns others miss and love connecting technology to human impact. Comfort collaborating across marketing, product, and sales in a fast-moving, scaling environment. A growth mindset that drives you to continually learn and improve at every opportunity. Business acumen - you always look to the commercial advantage, and understand the mechanics required for commercial success.
