Open to remote candidates across the U.S. FLSA Status: Exempt Position Summary The Product Marketing Manager supports the successful launch and ongoing promotion of AIS furniture products. This role works closely with product, sales, and creative teams to translate product features and design intent into clear messaging, sales tools, and marketing assets that support dealers, designers, and end users. Key Responsibilities Product Launch & Go-to-Market Support Lead new product launches, refreshes, and line extensions Collaborate with product, design, and leadership teams to understand product intent and differentiation Develop launch timelines, messaging, and rollout plans across sales, marketing, and digital channels   Sales Enablement & Communications Create and maintain sales tools including brochures, spec sheets, presentations, and sales aids Develop product positioning, value propositions, and talking points for internal and dealer teams Support product training through sales meetings, webinars, and launch presentations   Marketing Assets & Visual Support Partner with creative teams to produce product visuals, diagrams, and digital assets Support content for websites, product pages, catalogs, lookbooks, and advertising Ensure all materials are accurate, on-brand, and aligned with AIS standards     Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Design, or related field 3+ years of experience in product or service marketing Experience supporting product launches, go-to-market initiatives, and sales enablement Familiarity with CMS platforms and marketing tools (Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft, Canva, etc.) Experience creating sales tools and marketing collateral (brochures, presentations, sales aids) Creative writer with excellent grammatical and editor skills Preferred Skills & Experience Background in commercial furniture, contract interiors, or related industries Ability to collaborate with creative teams including engineering and product development to develop visuals, layouts, and marketing assets Understanding of workplace trends, A&D audiences, and furniture products Strong organizational, communication, and collaborative messaging skills Agile in shifting priorities across multiple projects, including adjusted timelines Personal Attributes Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment. High level of professionalism, accountability, and customer service orientation. Analytical thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
