Job DescriptionA day in the lifeLead market and competitive intelligence for assigned product portfolioRun and evolve the win/loss program, turning insights into clear recommendationsDevelop and maintain buyer personas, ICPs, and customer journey mapsPartner deeply with Product to influence roadmap priorities, packaging, and differentiationSupport client research initiatives, including interviews, surveys, and feedback analysisAct as an internal advocate for the client, ensuring insights are reflected in strategy and messagingDeliver concise, actionable insights to Product, Product Marketing, Sales, and Exec teamsSupport evolving priorities and cross-functional initiatives as needed to advance product marketing and business outcomes.Other duties as assignedWhat success looks likeYour product line has a clear, current, and trusted picture of the market, buyer, and competitive landscapeProduct decisions for your line reflect insights you sourced and surfacedPMs and stakeholders on your product line proactively loop you in rather than treating you as a request queueCompetitive battlecards and personas for your line are up to date and actually usedInsights do not sit in a folder; they show up in roadmap discussions and GTM plansWe are looking for someone who brings1-3 years of experience in product marketing, market research, strategy, or a related fieldSaaS experience preferred; nonprofit or association experience is a strong plusDemonstrated use of AI tools to accelerate research, sharpen competitive analysis, and raise the bar on output qualityGenuine curiosity about buyers, markets, and competitive dynamicsClear written and verbal communication; you can turn a messy interview into a sharp insightComfort managing multiple projects and priorities without dropping the ballConfidence contributing your perspective in cross-functional conversations, even early in your careerHands-on experience or eagerness to learn tools such as Salesforce, Asana, Klue, Clozd, Gong, Pendo, Claude and Microsoft Co-Pilot#LI-MH #MomentiveAbout UsMomentive Software amplifies the impact of over 20,000 purpose-driven organizations in over 30 countries, with over $11 billion raised and 55 million members served to date.
