The Product Marketing Analyst supports the Marketing team in executing, optimizing, and measuring digital marketing campaigns that drive awareness, demand, and adoption for the Merge Imaging portfolio. This role focuses on campaign operations, digital channel execution, performance analysis, and insight generation to inform go-to-market programs, messaging, and demand acceleration efforts.Working closely with product marketing, marketing managers, demand generation, sales enablement, and marketing operations, the analyst helps translate strategy and messaging into high-performing digital programs while providing actionable insights on campaign effectiveness, funnel performance, and audience engagement.Responsibilities:Campaign Execution & Digital Channel SupportSupport the execution of integrated digital marketing campaigns across channels including email, paid media, web, webinars, and eventsBuild and manage campaign workflows within marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., campaign setup, targeting, tracking, and QA)Implement campaign assets developed by product marketing and marketing managers, including messaging, offers, landing pages, and CTAsEnsure campaigns align to product launches, go-to-market timelines, and buyer journey stagesCoordinate with cross-functional partners to ensure accurate execution, timely deployment, and smooth handoffsPerformance Tracking & AnalysisMonitor and analyze campaign performance, including engagement, conversion, and contribution to pipeline and revenueDevelop and maintain dashboards and reports that provide visibility into campaign effectiveness and funnel performanceTrack digital behavior and campaign responses to inform optimization recommendationsPartner with marketing and sales teams to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvementOptimization & Insight GenerationSupport A/B testing and optimization of campaign elements such as subject lines, messaging, landing pages, and audience targetingAnalyze channel and campaign results to recommend adjustments that improve performance and ROISurface insights on buyer behavior, campaign engagement, and content performance to inform messaging and program decisionsContribute to post-campaign analysis and summaries with clear insights and recommendationsData Quality & Process SupportHelp ensure accurate campaign tracking, data hygiene, and reporting consistency within marketing systemsSupport documentation of campaign processes, metrics definitions, and best practicesPartner with marketing operations to resolve data, attribution, or reporting issuesAssist in maintaining campaign calendars, reporting cadence, and performance reviewsManage regulatory approvals process and posting documents to sharepoint and showpad.Required Skills2–4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign analytics, demand generation, or marketing operationsHands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (e.g., Marketo, HubSpot, Eloqua, Salesforce) preferredFamiliarity with digital channels including email, paid media, websites, webinars, and virtual eventsStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, with comfort working in data, dashboards, and reportsAbility to manage multiple campaigns and priorities with attention to detailStrong written and verbal communication skillsInterest in B2B marketing, enterprise software, or healthcare technology preferredManage regulatory approvals process and posting documents to sharepoint and showpad.This role provides exposure to campaign strategy, digital execution, analytics, and funnel performance across a complex B2B portfolio.
