Reporting to the Vice President of Product and Engineering, this execution-focused role owns the product roadmap, defines functional and product requirements, and ensures development aligns with priorities and timelines. The ideal candidate is a technically minded professional who collaborates with engineering, delivery, marketing, and sales to bring the product vision to life while supporting sales efforts through product messaging, training, and demonstrations. The Product Manager will define and maintain the roadmap and execution plan in alignment with the strategic direction set by the Executive Leadership Team (ELT), ensuring delivery with focus, clarity, and precision.What You'll Do:Own and maintain the product roadmap in alignment with ELT direction.Translate business and customer needs into clear, actionable requirements for engineering.Manage product delivery through backlog prioritization, sprint planning, and release coordination.Collaborate with engineering to clarify requirements, remove blockers, and ensure timely, high-quality releases.Partner with Customer Success, Sales, and Marketing to gather feedback and support go-to-market efforts.Support Sales through product messaging, training, and demonstrations to strengthen customer engagement.Participate in product testing and validation to confirm functionality and performance.Track product performance and customer feedback to guide continuous improvement and future enhancements.Communicate product updates, priorities, and release plans to maintain organizational alignment.What We're Looking ForBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent professional experience.5+ years of experience in product management or business analysis within a software or SaaS companyProven ability to define requirements, manage roadmaps, and drive execution across cross-functional teamsExperience working directly with engineering teams using Agile or Scrum methodologiesExcellent communication and organizational skills with the ability to synthesize input from multiple stakeholdersStrong technical aptitude and comfort translating complex business needs into actionable engineering tasksExperience with tools such as Jira, SharePoint, and similar product management or collaboration platformsDemonstrated ability to deliver high-quality results on schedule in a fast-paced, evolving environmentSelf-starter with attention to detail and a focus on execution and accountabilityAuthorization to work in the U.S. (no sponsorship available).What Will Make You Stand OutExperience with Esri ArcGIS or utility business systems (Maximo, SAP, CIS, ADMS, OMS).Familiarity with data integration, iPaaS, API management, or workflow automation.Understanding of cloud or hybrid deployment models.Compensation & BenefitsBase Salary: $110,000 – $145,000, with flexibility for exceptional candidatesEligibility for annual bonus tied to team success and company growthComprehensive medical, dental, and vision plans401(k) with 3% company contributionUnlimited PTO and paid holidaysRemote-friendly with flexible work environmentWhy Join Geonexus?At Geonexus, we’re shaping the future of geospatial integration for utilities and other asset-intensive industries.
