How You’ll Help: We are seeking a strategic, driven Product Manager (PM) to lead the growth and optimization of our Tutoring & Test Prep division. This role sits at the intersection of product, sales enablement, and service operations. The PM will be responsible for identifying qualified leads from our existing client base, coordinating with counselors to recommend appropriate tutoring or test prep pathways, overseeing the sales pipeline and revenue KPIs, and ensuring exceptional delivery of services through our tutoring / test prep partners.This is a high-impact role for someone who enjoys both strategy and hands-on execution, and who wants to build a fast-scaling academic service line.What You’ll Do: Drive the end-to-end sales process, from lead identification, through outreach and conversion, focusing on achieving a 2026 growth plan to triple division revenue.Analyze student data (academic performance, testing timelines, etc.) to proactively identify service needs, maintain a lead-scoring model for prioritization, and collaborate with Program/Guidance Counselors for visibility into student progress.Work closely with counseling teams to recommend appropriate solutions, provide necessary resources (toolkits, talking points, training), and ensure alignment with student academic plans.Own KPI tracking (e.g., conversion rate, revenue per client), manage CRM systems and follow-up workflows, and collaborate with Finance on pricing, invoicing, and revenue forecasting.Serve as the primary liaison for all internal and external tutoring/test-prep partners, ensuring appropriate tutor matching, on-time delivery, and high student satisfaction.Establish and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for onboarding, curriculum alignment, progress reporting, and issue resolution, while monitoring performance indicators like lesson quality and student retention.Define and iterate on the Tutoring & Test Prep product roadmap, including new offerings and bundled packages, conduct competitive analysis, and identify opportunities for scaling and automation. You’ll Be a Good Fit If You Have: 3+ years of experience in product management, education services, tutoring/test prep, or operations preferred.Strong analytical skills with experience managing revenue, KPIs, and pipelines.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, especially in cross-functional environments.A can-do attitude, motivated, strong hands-on operational execution guided by strategic thinking.A passion for education, student success, and scalable service design.
