Product Manager – Subledger and Institutional

Our platform is a subledger processing millions of digital asset transactions and producing accounting and tax reporting that integrate with our clients’ ERP systems. We also deliver solutions that leverage our platform’s diverse capabilities for different client use cases. Our platform and solutions are delivered to more than 200 clients today. Desired Experiences We are looking for a candidate that uniquely combines: (a) Functional Expertise (b) Product Management Expertise (c) Enterprise (B2B) Software Experience (d) Digital Asset Experience Functional Expertise (Core Services: Accounting, Tax, Treasury, Financial Reporting) Experience delivering on accounting, tax, financial reporting, treasury, and FP&A capabilitiesExperience working with users in the finance, accounting, tax functions Product Management Significant experience owning a product or portion of one, managing the full lifecycle from ideation to post-launchProven success coordinating between engineers, designers, architects, and usersExperience building and communicating product roadmapsFamiliarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools like JiraExperience supporting product marketing with documentation and communicationsAbility to integrate customer feedback into product development Enterprise Software Strong B2B product management experienceExperience with ERPs or other finance systems (Oracle, NetSuite, QuickBooks)Experience in enterprise SaaS Digital Asset You must be knowledgeable of digital assets. You will be expected to be an expert on digital asset transactions, Decentralize Finance (DeFi), and other blockchain related topics that our clients work with. Other Qualifications 7+ years of experience in product managementBA/BS in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Design, Engineering, or related field (advanced degree a plus)CPA a plus but not requiredStartup experience and success requiredExceptional verbal, written, and visual communication skillsExcellent organizational and cross-functional execution
