This role is responsible for driving end-to-end program execution - from scoping and resource planning to delivery and post-launch optimization - ensuring that projects are delivered on time, on budget, and aligned with business objectives.Collaborating with various stakeholders, the Salesforce Product Manager will oversee product vision, technical architecture, roadmap, quality standards, and go-to-market strategies for solutions powered by Salesforce to expand the Colliers ecosystem that includes Salesforce, Precision Loan Management, Docuware and proprietary systems.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProduct Lifecyle Management and StrategyLead software product life cycle management to include roadmap planning, prioritization, and release cadence for Salesforce features, integrations, and automation that aligns with the business objectivesChampion change management initiatives to drive adoption of lifecycle protocols and best practices across multidisciplinary teams.Define and track KPIs related to lifecycle protocol adoption, including delivery speed, quality, compliance, and stakeholder satisfaction.Represent the Salesforce platform in executive forums and contribute to broader technology strategy and budgetingManage end-to-end delivery: requirements, solution design, build, test, deployment, and post-release supportEstablish and enforce best practices for Salesforce data model design, security, integrations, testing, and change managementEnsure seamless integration with other systems and platforms as part of a unified data strategyStakeholder Collaboration and Team LeadershipPartner with business stakeholders (production, underwriting, marketing, servicing, accounting) to translate Salesforce requirements into measurable outcomes and KPIsBuild, lead, and grow a multidisciplinary team (administrators, developers, technical personnel) to deliver scalable and high-quality Salesforce solutionsChampion a feedback loop to continuously improve the Salesforce platformEvaluate scheduled work and make recommendations around resource needs, including consultant engagementsEvaluate and oversee third-party Salesforce engagements to ensure quality results where applicableEnsure compliance with data governance, security, and regulatory requirementsAdditional duties as requiredREQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE8+ years of experience in similar roles or same responsibilities, while working with Salesforce, SQL Databases, PLM, or content/document management systems5+ years of people management experienceDemonstrated experience designing, implementing, and institutionalizing software product lifecycle protocolsStrong product management experience: roadmap ownership, prioritization frameworks, budgeting, risk management, and outcome-driven deliveryExcellent stakeholder management and communication skills with experience aligning technical work to business strategyStrong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teamsTechnical knowledge of Salesforce architecture, Apex, Lightning, APIs, middleware/integration patterns, data management, and security preferredExperience working in the commercial mortgage industry preferredBachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)BENEFITSWe offer a comprehensive benefits package for employees and their families including medical and dental plan; 401k plan including company matching; firm funded life and disability insurance.COMPENSATIONPursuant to the laws regarding job postings where the position is located in, Colliers is disclosing the following information: Area/Location Specific: Minneapolis, MNApproximate salary range for this role: $150,000 - $180,000 annuallyThis position is also eligible for a discretionary bonus.Our compensation ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on this job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations.
