In this pivotal role, you’ll drive the strategy, development, and delivery of initiatives that enable a seamless player experience — including geolocation, customer support features, the help center, login, and more.You'll operate at the intersection of technology, customer experience, and business strategy, helping us deliver innovative solutions that delight millions of users. Key ResponsibilitiesOwn and drive the product strategy for the Player Success teamCollaborate closely with engineering, design, customer operations, and analytics teams to deliver exceptional solutionsInspire and lead a high-performing, fast-growing product team through a collaborative and transparent cultureDrive the full product lifecycle — from requirements gathering and roadmap planning through design, development, launch, and ongoing optimizationChampion customer and business needs, translating them into innovative product experiencesFoster a startup mentality that emphasizes technical excellence, ownership, and continuous improvementEngage regularly with internal stakeholders and external customers to ensure product alignment with business goalsJob requirementsWhat are we looking for?5+ years of proven product management experience with a strong record of delivering successful product featuresExpertise in one or more of the team’s core features and/or sportsbook product development (5+ years preferred)Exceptional communication skills — both written and verbalDemonstrated ability to deliver products on time and within budgetStrong experience working within agile development frameworks (Scrum, Kanban)Highly collaborative, with a proven ability to work across teams and time zonesStrategic thinker with a passion for building outstanding customer experiences What’s in it for you?We offer our employees more than just competitive compensation.
