The Payments & Blockchain team is responsible for the first and last mile of every dollar (digital or fiat) that goes in or out of Kraken, as well as driving strategic decisions that improve asset listings and liquidity.Join our Crypto team to help integrate Kraken’s systems with an ever-expanding universe of cryptocurrencies and blockchains while providing actionable insights from both on-chain and internal data.As a member of this team, your focus is on protecting client funds and driving continuous improvement. You will build systems and analyses that inform listings strategies, monitor market performance, and enable the timely and secure processing of client transactions, ensuring the safety and security of all funds on the exchange.The opportunityLead the delivery of new features, enhancements, and optimizations for Launchpad and Token Services productsDefine and articulate detailed product requirements, supported by business analysis and stakeholder inputProduce clear documentation including product specifications, wireframes, and process flowsCollaborate cross-functionally to align stakeholders, communicate product vision, and maintain a transparent roadmapContinuously improve the crypto funding client experience (CX) through structured experimentation and insightsSupport and enhance mission-critical crypto funding infrastructure to ensure system reliability and performanceSupport the development of 0-1 product initiatives, from ideation to executionLeverage data to drive prioritization, monitor product performance, and iterate toward improved outcomesSkills you should HODL3-5 years of product management experience1-2+ years of experience launching successful products in fintech, DeFi, Crypto Exchange or other complex technical domainsStrong understanding of crypto infrastructure and tooling you consider yourself a crypto nativeProficiency in data analysis, applying a metrics-driven approach to guide decision makingProactive, solutions-oriented mindset with strong ownership and execution abilityAbility to operate strategically while managing details effectivelyExceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with experience collaborating across diverse teamsOutstanding organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environmentNice to havesExperience with Asset listings, Crypto Launchpads, Accelerators, or Tokenomics platformsDemonstrated success in driving product-led growth, including activation, retention, and monetization strategiesBackground in B2B or SaaS product modelsThis job is accepting ongoing applications and there is no application deadline.Please note, applicants are permitted to redact or remove information on their resume that identifies age, date of birth, or dates of attendance at or graduation from an educational institution.We consider qualified applicants with criminal histories for employment on our team, assessing candidates in a manner consistent with the requirements of the San Francisco Fair Chance Ordinance.Kraken is powered by people from around the world and we celebrate all Krakenites for their diverse talents, backgrounds, contributions and unique perspectives.
