This role focuses on improving the systems and tools used to manage and sell insurance policies, ensuring seamless support for underwriting, policy servicing, billing, renewals, endorsements, and claims. Core responsibilities include partnering with Insurance, Operations, Administrators, and Underwriting teams to drive roadmap priorities, enhance platform usability, and deliver scalable, efficient workflows. This role will define requirements, coordinate with design and engineering, and ensure integrations with platforms and internal systems align with business needs and regulatory requirements. This position plays a critical role in driving operational efficiency and speed-to-market through a modern, cohesive insurance platform. By leading feature development, managing integrations, and optimizing workflows, the Product Manager – Insurance Platforms directly impacts user adoption, delivery reliability, and the ability to support profitable growth across brokers, underwriters, and administrators. The Team:Corix is a start-up within Hiscox that builds innovative insurance technology products and platforms that streamline underwriting and policy servicing, unlock actionable insights, and elevate the digital experience for our brokers and customers.
