The position is responsible for developing and leading the execution of comprehensive downstream marketing strategies for assigned Foot & Ankle product lines, driving revenue growth through a customer-centric approach, launch excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration. This role partners closely with sales, medical education, and internal stakeholders to translate market insights into effective positioning, messaging, and commercial initiatives that accelerate adoption and sustain long-term portfolio performanceKey Responsibilities: The following are the primary duties and responsibilities of this role. Other related duties may be assigned to meet the business need.Downstream Marketing StrategyLead downstream strategy development for both sustaining and NPI product linesDevelop targeting, positioning, claims, messaging, and sales tools for assigned product linesLead commercial launch strategy, tactics, and executionDevelop and execute pricing strategiesKnow marketing communication channels and how to effectively utilize themWork closely with marketing communications to develop messaging strategies and omni-channel campaignsDevelop deep clinical and technical knowledge for assigned product linesDevelop and communicate objectives for clinical studies and testing to support claims and messagingPresent frequently to senior leadership teamSales Enablement & Field EngagementWork closely with sales training / sales enablement to set training strategy for the product or portfolioProvide responsive sales supportCommunicate frequently with top sellers to understand needs and opportunitiesPartner with distributors to identify targets and assist in selling activitiesMedical EducationPartner with medical education to create events and agendasLead surgeon training for assigned product linesPresent product features, benefits, and surgical techniques to surgeon customersMarket, Customer & Competitive InsightsCommunicate frequently with customers to deeply understand unmet needs and growth opportunitiesMaintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape and market trendsAnalytics, Forecasting & Performance ManagementAnalyze sales and market data to assess product performance and identify opportunities to accelerate growthDevelop and track KPIsWork closely with demand planning to develop forecasts for assigned product linesSupport the field inventory team to optimize inventory usageUpstream Partnership & Portfolio ManagementAssist upstream marketing in product development activitiesSupport product rationalization and obsolescence strategies and executionMinimum Basic Qualifications:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
