Department OverviewThe Evidence Product Management team owns the roadmap for delivering Motorola Solutions’ body cameras, vehicle cameras, and evidence management software. These products are used worldwide to keep communities and individuals safe in public safety and enterprise organizations.To help drive our rapid growth, we are looking for an enthusiastic associate product manager to join this team, and take ownership of one of our evidence device products. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, where you will be exposed to the latest technologies, and where your hard work and dedication will be rewarded, joining our team could be your best career move.Job DescriptionThe position is for a summer internship opportunity at Motorola Solutions in our Chicago office for our Growth Operations team.  In this role, you will showcase thought leadership by identifying industry trends to recommend, plan for and address market opportunities with new hardware, software and service solution recommendations.  This role is critical to shifting the team from reactive to proactive, data-informed decision-making.Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:Analyze customer needs and market opportunity to select and help to prioritize portfolio decisions that impact hardware and software prioritiesUncover trends and provide insights from business analysis to support strategic product decisionsRun voice of customer to help test current and future portfolio plansBuild win/loss analysis per product to provide better insight into sales and customer decision-making processesAnalyze customer segments with contracts ending soon to inform the sales team and strategize product roadmap planningAssist in responding to core business questions from Sales and Product Management using systematic data analysisWork with the Services team to understand common support issues and escalations related to Evidence productsConduct research on expansion markets for Evidence products to inform future strategyCollaborate with the Competitive Intelligence team to perform broader market research for future planningGather and synthesize external information to support the development of effective sales narratives and materials#LI-RS1Basic RequirementsMust be pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Information Systems, Business Analytics, Engineering Management or a similar field and graduating December 1st, 2026 or later.Must be a U.S. Citizen, permanent resident, or be an MS student with work authorization (F1 Visa on CPT accepted only for Masters-level students).Travel RequirementsUnder 10%Relocation ProvidedNonePosition TypeInternEEO StatementMotorola Solutions is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
