Role Overview Lynx is seeking a Product Manager – Edge Hardware Strategy & Enablement to drive product strategy and execution across both our Edge software stack and the underlying hardware and semiconductor ecosystem. This role spans: Inbound product management (roadmaps, PRDs, backlog ownership)  Hardware platform strategy and validation  Silicon ecosystem engagement  GPU / accelerator strategy and monetization  You will operate at the intersection of software platforms, hardware architecture, and semiconductor partnerships, ensuring that Lynx solutions are delivered on the right platforms, optimized for performance and certification, and positioned for commercial success. The ideal candidate combines strong execution discipline with systems-level thinking across HW + SW + silicon.  Key Responsibilities 1) Product Strategy, Roadmap & Execution Own and maintain multi-release hardware enablement product roadmaps across Edge platforms (CoreSuite, MOSA.ic, MOSA.ic.AI, Linux). Translate company strategy and market requirements into actionable engineering backlogs balancing between: Customer commitments  Hardware enablement timelines  Technical debt and platform evolution  Certification and regulatory requirements  Drive roadmap reviews with executive leadership and engineering.   2) Hardware Platform Strategy & Enablement Define and own hardware platform strategy across Lynx product portfolio. Select and prioritize: CPU architectures (x86, ARM, etc.)  GPU / accelerator platforms  Reference boards and ODM systems  Evaluate tradeoffs across: Performance and determinism  HW Capabilities  Power, thermal, and ruggedization constraints  Security features (TPM, secure boot, roots of trust)  Longevity and supply assurance  Own and maintain the Reference List of Supported Platforms  3) Reference Platforms & Validation Define criteria for selecting and validating hardware platforms. Ensure platforms are production-ready and repeatable across customers. 4) Semiconductor & Ecosystem Partnerships Serve as primary product interface with semiconductor vendors such as Intel, AMD, ARM ecosystem, NXP, GPU providers  Align Lynx roadmap with silicon roadmaps. Evaluate next-generation silicon for: Software-Ready Security extensions  AI / accelerator capabilities  Lifecycle availability  Drive: Early-access engagements  BSP enablement  Joint validation and go-to-market initiatives   5) GPU & Accelerator Strategy (Revenue & Packaging) Own GPU and accelerator strategy across the portfolio: Platform selection and configuration matrices  Alignment with target workloads (AI, signal processing, visualization)  Define commercial approach including: GPU socket strategy, pricing and margin for Lynx Bundled HW/SW offerings  Licensing and attach models  Partner with Sales and Finance to: Increase revenue per deployment  Capture value through platform alignment   6) DTR Screening & System Qualification Lead structured intake and evaluation of Dynamic Temperature Range strategy and execution Assess feasibility across: Hardware constraints  Software compatibility  Environmental requirements  Define qualification plans, validation criteria, and risk assessments.  7) ODM, Supply Chain & Lifecycle Management Act as product lead for ODM and semiconductor hardware vendor engagement. Drive: NPI schedules  Configuration control  Tradeoffs across cost, performance, and availability  Partner with Operations and Finance on: Demand forecasting  Inventory strategy  GPU and silicon allocation risks  Commercial pricing  Manage lifecycle from introduction through EOL.  8) Cross-Functional Alignment Partner with: Product Management – your team managing the Lynx software portfolio Engineering – architecture, performance, safety, hardware enablement  Sales & BD – customer requirements, platform deals  Marketing – messaging and solution positioning  Finance – ROI, pricing, and investment decisions  Support customer escalations requiring technical or roadmap clarity.  What Success Looks Like Clear, defensible roadmap spanning software and hardware platforms  High-quality PRDs with strong HW/SW alignment  Well-managed backlog trusted by Engineering  Strong semiconductor and ecosystem partnerships translating in design win Timely enablement of priority silicon platforms  Increased revenue via GPU and platform-aligned deals  Validated reference architectures adopted across customers  Predictable release cadence with reduced late-stage churn   Qualifications Required 8–15+ years of experience in: Product Management (platforms, infrastructure, or embedded systems)  Hardware systems, semiconductor ecosystem, or low-level software  Strong understanding of: CPU architectures (x86, ARM)  GPU / accelerator ecosystems  Hardware/software interaction (BSPs, firmware, virtualization)  Experience with: PRDs, backlog management, and multi-release planning  Hardware platform selection and validation  Semiconductor/vendor engagement  Ability to engage deeply with: Silicon vendors  System architects  Senior engineering teams  BSEE, BSCS, or equivalent technical degree.  Preferred Aerospace & Defense or Industrial experience  Familiarity with DO-178, DO-254, IEC, or similar certification environments  Experience with GPU monetization or
