Job Description:About the Role:The Product Manager will build out Cityblock’s Quality and Risk Adjustment products. You will work alongside clinical and operational counterparts to make high-quality and reliable data available to our front line staff so they can drive the highest quality member care and help Cityblock meet our customer goals. The role will include owning our internal risk adjustment model as well as the external integrations with our quality gap engine and data sources across all relevant Cityblock technology surfaces. Responsibilities:Own the development and execution of a product roadmap for quality and risk adjustment that meets our member and partner needs Create business cases for new featuresWork with internal stakeholders to identify strategies to execute against quality and clinical opportunity areas by understanding the details of our value-based care contractsPartner with our process improvement team to ensure the clinical teams have a positive UX and UI across all surfaces Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field3-5 years experience working in product management or other translatable experienceExperience working with high-risk patient populations or value-based care modelsAbility to deeply understand internal customer pain points and translate them into product solutions that deliver measurable business valueProficiency in analyzing metrics, user behavior, and business performance data to guide product decisions, including understanding key performance indicators, genAI prototype building/testing, and using analytics tools to measure successCapability to influence and coordinate across engineering, data science, design, sales, deployment, and operations teams without direct authorityUnderstanding of software development processes, APIs, system architecture, and relevant emerging technologiesExpertise in agile methodologies, sprint planning, backlog prioritization, and iterative development approaches that allow for rapid adaptation to changing business needsSkill in translating business objectives into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories that development teams can execute effectivelyExperience building full-stack technology solutions from data ingestion to UXFamiliarity with healthcare data standards and integration requirementsWe take into account an individual’s qualifications, skillset, and experience in determining final salary. The actual offer will be at the company’s sole discretion and determined by relevant business considerations, including the final candidate’s qualifications, years of experience, skillset, and geographic location.
