Join us as we build the future of responsible mineral sourcing and supply.Role OverviewWe're looking for a Product Manager to help drive our software-enabled approach to mineral processing operations.This role is ideal for someone who thrives on translating complex operational needs into clear product requirements—and who's energized by working across diverse stakeholder groups. You'll partner with plant operators, process engineers, software developers, and data scientists to understand pain points, identify opportunities, and ship solutions that make a real difference.Success in this role requires strong communication skills, comfort navigating ambiguity, and genuine curiosity about how industrial processes work. You don't need to be a domain expert on day one, but you should be eager to learn and able to build credibility with technical stakeholders.What You'll DoStakeholder management: Build relationships with operators, engineers, and technical leads to understand their workflows, challenges, and needsRequirements & prioritization: Translate operational problems into clear product requirements; prioritize ruthlessly based on value and effortCross-functional collaboration: Work daily with software engineers, data scientists, and domain experts to define and deliver solutionsUser research: Conduct interviews, site visits, and workflow observations to deeply understand user needsCommunication: Keep stakeholders aligned through clear documentation, roadmap updates, and regular check-insProcess improvement: Identify opportunities to simplify workflows, reduce manual work, and surface actionable insights through softwareWhat We're Looking ForMust HaveStrong written and verbal communication skillsDemonstrated stakeholder management experience—you can navigate competing priorities and build trust with technical teams2-3 years in product management, OR 0-2 years PM experience with prior background in engineering or project managementExperience conducting user research and translating findings into product decisionsComfort working in ambiguous, fast-moving environmentsGenuine curiosity and willingness to learn a new domainNice to HaveBackground in chemical engineering, chemistry, or process industriesExperience in mining or with industrial software, manufacturing systems, or IoT platformsExperience working with data science teamsFamiliarity with process control, automation, or operational technologyTrack record in digital transformation initiatives at traditional companiesWhy Join UsThis is a rare opportunity for PMs who want more than incremental feature work.At Mariana Minerals, you'll work on software that directly impacts critical minerals production—the supply chain behind electric vehicles, grid storage, AI data centers, and national security.
