DescriptionProduct Manager – Digital Channels/Cash ManagementRole OverviewCitizens is seeking a Product Manager to support the strategy, development, and ongoing management of key cash management and treasury-related products. This role will partner closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver product enhancements, support platform launches, and drive solutions that meet client needs while supporting business growth.The ideal candidate brings strong product management experience, a client‑centric mindset, and the ability to manage multiple initiatives across the product lifecycle. Own and manage product initiatives across assigned cash management solutions, from concept through delivery and ongoing enhancementPartner with Technology, Operations, Sales, Marketing, and other stakeholders to define product requirements and prioritiesLead product roadmap planning to support client needs, revenue growth, and long‑term product strategySupport product testing, readiness, and launch activities to ensure successful rollout and adoptionGather and incorporate client, market, and stakeholder feedback into product enhancementsEnsure product initiatives align with business objectives and regulatory requirementsMonitor product performance and recommend enhancements or new capabilities over timeQualificationsBachelor’s degree or equivalent experienceExperience in product management, preferably within financial services, treasury, or paymentsStrong ability to manage competing priorities in a fast‑paced environmentExperience partnering cross‑functionally with technology and business teamsExcellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skillsPreferred ExperienceExperience with cash management, treasury, payments, APIs, or ERP‑related solutionsExperience supporting platform launches or significant product enhancementsFamiliarity with agile or iterative product development methodologiesExperience in commercial online/digital banking Why CitizensAt Citizens, you’ll have the opportunity to work on meaningful products that support our clients’ financial operations while collaborating with talented teams across the organization.
