Position: Product Manager – Dairy Predictive SolutionsLocation: RemoteWe are seeking an experienced Product Manager to lead our Dairy Predictive Solutions portfolio. In this role, you will drive the strategy, development, and growth of our cutting-edge software platforms that combine genetic testing, advanced algorithms, and complex data analytics to deliver actionable insights for dairy producers worldwide.Our solutions leverage cattle phenotype data, environmental factors, and proprietary algorithms to help dairy farmers optimize herd management, improve productivity, and make data-driven decisions that impact their operations.Key Responsibilities:Product Strategy & VisionDefine and execute the product roadmap for Dairy Predictive Solutions platformsIdentify market opportunities and customer needs through deep engagement with dairy producers, industry experts, and stakeholdersSet and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success and customer valuePartner with marketing to develop compelling product messaging and content for GTMProduct Development & DeliveryLead cross-functional teams including engineering, data science, product design, and domain experts to deliver innovative solutionsTranslate complex genetic and algorithmic insights into intuitive, user-friendly platform featuresPrioritize feature development based on customer impact, business value, and technical feasibilityManage product lifecycle from concept through launch and continuous optimizationCustomer & Market FocusBuild deep understanding of dairy producer workflows, pain points, and decision-making processesCollaborate with commercial teams to gather customer and internal feedback to improve user experienceConduct market/user research and competitive analysis to maintain product leadershipAct as the voice of the customer within the organizationData & Technology IntegrationWork closely with data scientists and algorithm developers to integrate predictive models into platform experiencesEnsure seamless integration of our scientific technology with platform insightsDrive innovation in data visualization and insight delivery to maximize user comprehension and actionCollaborate on data quality, accuracy, and validation processesRequired Qualifications:3+ years of product management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, AgTech, or data analytics platformsBachelor's degree in Agriculture, Animal Science, Computer Science, Business, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferredProven track record of successfully launching and scaling software productsStrong understanding of data-driven products and predictive analyticsExcellent analytical skills with ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsExperience working with cross-functional teams in agile development environmentsOutstanding communication and presentation skills with both technical and non-technical audiencesPreferred Qualifications:Background in dairy science, livestock management, or agricultural operationsExperience with genetic testing, genomics, or precision agriculture solutionsKnowledge of cattle phenotypes, breeding programs, and herd management practicesFamiliarity with machine learning applications in agricultureTechnical background with understanding of software architecture and APIsExisting network within the dairy industryWhat We're Looking For:Strategic thinker with strong execution capabilitiesCustomer-obsessed mindset with empathy for dairy producer challengesComfort with ambiguity and ability to drive clarity in complex problem spacesPassion for leveraging technology to improve animal health outcomesCollaborative leader who can influence without authorityThe US base salary range for this full-time position is $93,000 - $151,000. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the base pay target range for new hire salaries for the position.
