To learn more about us, check out our blog!About the RoleWe're seeking a Product Manager to own and grow Method's lending vertical. You'll drive product strategy for our existing lending products, focusing on optimization, growth, and operational excellence.What You'll DoOwn the product roadmap and strategy for Method's current lending product suiteEvaluate new market opportunities and assess potential for product expansion with existing and prospective lending customers, often building 0>1Define success metrics and KPIs for lending products, tracking performance against growth, adoption, and profitability targetsConduct user research and analyze product performance to identify pain points and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with legal and operations teams to ensure lending products meet regulatory requirements and risk standardsWho you are5+ years of product management Deep expertise in Consumer Lending productsProven track record managing customer-facing products from discovery through launch, optimization, and scalingBackground in customer - facing roles, translating customer needs and business requirements into clear engineering initiatives and technical specificationsHighly detail-oriented and organized with proven ability to manage cross-functional initiatives in fast-paced environmentsStrong analytical and data-driven decision-making capabilitiesExcellent written and verbal communication skillsNice to HaveExperience in lending, credit, or financial services companiesExperience at high-growth technology companiesExperience with B2B or B2B2C productsThe annual US base salary range for this role is $160,000 - $225,000 based on experience. We also offer an equity package and have a suite of excellent benefits.
