Why This Role MattersThe RadMonteCarlo Product Manager plays a key role in advancing ClearCalc’s capabilities within the Radiation Oncology market. In this role, you will work closely with the primary ClearCalc Product Manager, Engineering, and QA to define, prioritize, and deliver features that meet evolving clinical needs. You will help translate real-world clinical workflows into product enhancements, ensuring that new features are both technically sound and clinically meaningful. Your work will directly support clinics in validating treatment plans more efficiently and confidently. Responsibilities Include Support feature prioritization and define product specifications based on customer and clinical needs Coordinate and manage product releases, including associated requirements and timelines Test new product versions and features prior to release, including regression testing to ensure product integrity Investigate and help resolve issues identified during testing and by clinical users Partner with Support and Customer Success teams to troubleshoot complex customer issues Share feedback and insights with Product, Engineering, and leadership to inform ongoing improvements Support regulatory and quality requirements for a medical device product, partnering with internal stakeholders as needed Required Experience 5+ years of experience as a clinical medical physicist Direct experience commissioning treatment planning system algorithms Experience with Monte Carlo calculation algorithms, including configuration and validation Strong understanding of radiation oncology clinical workflows Preferred Experience Familiarity with Radformation products, particularly ClearCalc Experience commissioning multiple treatment planning systems or working with multiple calculation algorithms Exposure to product management or similar responsibilities Programming experience (C# or similar) or interest in learning Experience with project workflow tools such as Jira Customer-facing or support experience Abilities Enthusiastic about learning new technologies and sharing them with the healthcare community Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment Able to manage multiple priorities and projects simultaneously Strong attention to detail, particularly in documentation and workflows Effective communication skills, both written and verbal Collaborative mindset and openness to feedback Motivated to improve clinical workflows and outcomes AI & Hiring IntegrityAt Radformation we believe AI can be an incredible tool for innovation, but our hiring process is all about getting to know you, your skills, experience, and unique approach to problem solving. Salary listed is in USD for US-based employees and will be commensurate with degree, title, and product management experience.
