It's this global reach and innovation that sets us apart.We’re looking for a Product Manager to drive the evolution of our Cardholder Solutions, turning complex capabilities like tokenization, spend controls, and xPay into intuitive, modular SDKs, APIs, and MicroFrontends that our clients love to build with. You’ll own the Digital Card Engine experience end to end, partner closely with clients, and craft scalable product journeys that delight end-users across the globe. Lead the definition and evolution of the Digital Card Engine across APIs, SDKs, MicroFrontends, and Express AppsDesign product experiences that translate technical capabilities such as tokenization, spend controls, and xPay into intuitive client-facing journeysDefine and measure product success metrics tied to client outcomes and end-user valuePartner directly with clients through calls, demos, and workshops to gather insights and inform product directionCollaborate closely with design and engineering to deliver high-quality, modular, and scalable user experiencesAlign internal stakeholders across engineering, implementation, and support to uphold high delivery standardsAdvocate for product excellence through robust documentation, strong UX standards, and platform reliability What it takes to succeed:Proven product management experience building platform or SDK/API-based productsDeep understanding of digital issuance, spend controls, and tokenization in the payments spaceDemonstrated ability to collaborate with engineering and design to craft modular, scalable offeringsExperience in client-facing roles with the ability to turn insights into actionable product improvementsStrong communication, prioritisation, and execution discipline At Paymentology, it’s not just about building great payment technology, it’s about building a company where people feel they belong and their work matters.
