To keep us headed in the right direction, we’re looking for people who understand winning is a team sport, who value and seek to learn from our team’s diverse experiences and backgrounds, who welcome a challenge and take risks in the pursuit of creating better outcomes for our customers, and who can, at any given time, step back to laugh and have some fun.    What You’ll Do Define the roadmap for our embedded insights frameworkGather and prioritize requirements by collaborating with stakeholders, customers, and engineering teamsLead the end-to-end product development lifecycle from concept to launchDefine success metrics and KPIs to measure product performance and user adoptionCreate detailed product specifications and user storiesWork closely with UX/UI designers to develop intuitive interfaces and experiencesCollaborate with engineering teams to ensure successful implementation and deliveryDrive product adoption through effective go-to-market strategiesParticipate in product roadmap/release plan activities to ensure that cross product opportunities are identified, planned, and deliveredElicit internal customer requirements using interviews, document review, workflow analysis, and requirements workshopsEnsure appropriate support processes are in place; track and corrects product performance/support problemsProvide sales support including complex solutions, creating flexible offerings when needed We’re Excited to Learn More About You   Your experience may include:  3+ years of experience in Product Management, with experience focus on analytics, data visualization and UI frameworksStrong understanding of modern web application architectures and frontend technologiesExperience with analytics platforms, business intelligence tools, or data visualization frameworksProven track record of delivering successful software products from concept to marketExcellent analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insightsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (MBA a plus)You may have other skills or credentials, including: Experience with React and TypeScript developmentStrong analytical and quantitative skillsFamiliarity with embedding strategies for third-party applicationsExperience with API design and developer experience Experience with JIRA or similar tools.Ability to make smart feature (customer experience) versus time-to-market trade-offs.Insurance industry exposure a plus but not requiredWe know that talent comes from all backgrounds and experience levels.
