Drives Product Management lifecycle activities in partnership with senior product leaders, including defining target client segments, evaluating industry trends, supporting product launches, and performing post-launch assessments.Maintains product materials, inventory, and key metrics while supporting new product introductions through risk analysis. Provides sales support through client pitches and RFP responses.Major Duties & ResponsibilitiesSupport discovery and innovation by developing client personas and evaluating competitorsAssist in product planning by deriving forecasts, defining requirements, and establishing KPIsManage and prioritize product backlog; translate requirements into user stories and acceptance criteriaPartner cross-functionally with technology, design, data, and business teams to deliver featuresSupport new product introduction, including risk analysis, pilots, and launch readinessTrack customer satisfaction, adoption metrics, and KPIs; conduct post-launch reviewsProvide sales support through client/prospect pitches and RFP responsesMonitor capital and expense alignment across banking products and regionsAct as a subject matter expert, providing guidance to partners and stakeholdersContribute to both day-to-day execution and strategic direction of banking product initiativesNecessary Knowledge & SkillsStrong written and verbal communication skills; able to build clear, logical presentationsWorking knowledge of banking products (e.g., deposits, lending, payments)Understanding of client needs and their impact on product strategy and roadmapAbility to build relationships, influence stakeholders, and collaborate across teamsStrong organizational and analytical skills to manage priorities and track performanceFamiliarity with product lifecycle, agile delivery, and governance frameworksNecessary Experience & EducationBachelor’s degree or relevant work experience requiredExperience in product management, banking, or financial services preferredExperience working with cross-functional and agile teamsProgram or project management experience is a plusSalary Range:$88,900 - 151,100 USDSalary range is a good faith estimate of base pay.
