Product Manager, Associate, Stellarus

DescriptionYour RoleThe Product Team at Stellarus is developing innovative platforms and products to health plans in the US. The Associate Product Manager will report to Sr. Director, Product Management. In this role, you will develop a working demo for the Stellarus foundational platforms and product suites this work will help Stellarus gain commercial traction.Our leadership model is about developing great leaders at all levels and creating opportunities for our people to grow – personally, professionally, and financially. We are looking for leaders that are energized by creative and critical thinking, building and sustaining high-performing teams, getting results the right way, and fostering continuous learning.ResponsibilitiesYour Work In this role, you will: Build rapid AI-powered prototypes and interactive demos to communicate product vision, validate concepts, and accelerate stakeholder alignmentPartner with Product, Design, and Engineering teams to translate customer problems into demo-ready workflows and proof-of-concept experiencesUse generative AI tools and low-code platforms to create compelling user journeys, mock interfaces, and feature simulations for internal and external presentationsGather feedback from customer demos, usability sessions, and pilot programs to refine product requirements and prioritize roadmap decisionsMaintain documentation for demo assets, product assumptions, and experimentation outcomes while tracking impact on product strategy and go-to-market readinessQualificationsYour Knowledge and ExperienceRequires a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field; Master’s degree preferred. High School Diploma/GED with 4+ years of relevant experience may be considered in lieu of a degreeRequires experience developing AI-powered demos, proof-of-concepts, or interactive product experiences using generative AI tools and modern development frameworksRequires technical skills in Python, APIs, cloud platforms, and AI/ML integration workflows for rapid prototyping and experimentationRequires the ability to translate complex technical capabilities into intuitive user experiences and compelling product presentations for diverse audiencesExcellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills with experience working across cross-functional teams in fast-paced environments
