The Role We are seeking a talented product manager to be a driving force behind our mission to modernize the private credit market. In this role, you won't just manage a product; you'll own and shape the core features of our platform. You will be a catalyst for innovation, responsible for defining the product vision, building a roadmap, and leading the end-to-end execution to deliver transformative features that bring transparency and efficiency to this historically opaque market. Responsibilities Product strategy and vision: Develop and articulate a clear product strategy and vision for your areas of the platformRoadmap: Build and maintain a roadmap, prioritizing features and initiatives to achieve business objectivesPrioritization: Define, prioritize, and manage the backlog, ensuring a focus on the most impactful featuresProduct execution: Own the end-to-end product lifecycle, from ideation and requirements gathering to stories, specifications and wireframes through the development cycle to launch, adoption, and ongoing iterationCross-functional collaboration: Work closely with stakeholders, other product managers, design, engineering, and QA to deliverCommunication: Clearly communicate updates, timelines, and results to internal and external stakeholders; manage issues and escalationUser and market feedback: Analyze market trends, leverage product analytics and direct user feedback to inform product decisions and identify new opportunitiesTeamwork: Contribute to a team of passionate product managers and ensure a cohesive experience across the platform Requirements A passion for developing and delivering market-leading products that solve complex problems in financial services5-10 years of experience as a fintech pm with a strong understanding of financial markets, particularly private credit, debt capital markets, or alternative investmentsDemonstrated ability to manage the entire product lifecycleExperience working with engineering teams and agile methodologiesExcellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skillsStrong organization and project management skills with relentless focus on the detailsSelf-motivated team player able to work independently in a fast-paced environmentProficiency with Jira, Confluence, and FigmaBachelor’s degree in an engineering or business related field preferred Benefits Competitive base salary and equity compensationHybrid work environment in NYCCommuter stipendPaid vacation days100% paid medical coverage for employee/familyDental & vision insurance401(k) The pay range for this role is $125,000 - 175,000 per year dependent on multiple factors, which may include the successful candidate's skills, experience and other qualifications.
