Details: A growing consumer food manufacturer is seeking a Product Manager or Senior Product Manager to support category growth, product innovation, and go-to-market execution across a portfolio of branded and/or strategic products. This role will own key aspects of product strategy, innovation planning, lifecycle management, and cross-functional commercialization.The person in this role will help translate business goals, consumer insights, and market data into actionable product plans. They will partner closely with internal teams including supply chain, operations, product development, regulatory, and sales, as well as outside agencies and vendor partners, to drive both near-term execution and longer-term category growth.Key ResponsibilitiesManage assigned products and/or categories by analyzing sales performance, market trends, competitive activity, and consumer insights to identify risks and growth opportunities.Support or lead category planning, including volume, profitability, and channel performance targets.Partner with operations and supply chain teams to ensure the business is set up to execute product strategy effectively.Identify opportunities for innovation, line extensions, product improvements, and portfolio optimization based on business needs and market conditions.Lead or support the development of new products from idea through launch, including coordination around positioning, pricing, packaging, labeling, and commercialization.Work cross-functionally with R&D, operations, regulatory, and other internal stakeholders to keep product initiatives moving forward.Build and execute marketing plans that support product launches, ongoing growth, and consumer engagement.Manage marketing-related projects such as packaging updates, digital initiatives, promotional programs, creative development, and content/collateral execution.Coordinate with external vendors and agency partners, including market research, advertising, public relations, and creative resources as needed.Help shape product positioning, pricing, packaging, and messaging strategies designed to support long-term growth and market relevance.Oversee product lifecycle management, including SKU optimization, reformulation/renovation, and product transitions.Use syndicated data, market research, and category insights to inform recommendations and strategic decisions.Support the creation and maintenance of sales and marketing materials, presentation decks, and product support tools.Manage budgets tied to product and marketing initiatives and help ensure programs are delivered within plan.For more senior-level candidates, take a stronger leadership role in category strategy, longer-range planning, and broader cross-functional influence. Details: Core Requirements (applies to both levels)Bachelor's degree required; preferred areas of study include Marketing, Business, Advertising, or a related fieldStrong interest in and enthusiasm for the food / consumer packaged goods industryPrior experience in brand management, product marketing, product innovation, or category management within CPGWorking knowledge of P&L concepts, pricing, and category performance metricsStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales data, market trends, and consumer insightsProficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPointExperience using syndicated or market data tools such as IRI, Nielsen, SPINS, or comparable platformsStrong communication, presentation, and cross-functional collaboration skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines, and drive projects forward in a fast-paced environmentProduct Manager Level:Typically ~3+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, brand marketing, innovation, or category supportExperience in B2C and/or B2B environmentsAble to support product and marketing initiatives with increasing independence, while still benefiting from guidance on broader strategyStrong fit for candidates who have experience executing launches, managing projects, and supporting portfolio growth within a structured brand or product organizationSenior Product ManagerTypically 8+ years of relevant experience in product marketing, brand management, innovation, or category leadershipDeeper experience owning strategy, product planning, and performance across a product line or categoryStronger command of P&L ownership, portfolio decisions, and cross-functional leadershipAbility to lead larger or more complex initiatives, including long-range category planning, innovation pipelines, and higher-visibility launchesComfortable operating with broader autonomy and influencing multiple departmentsAbility to travel as neededKorean language skills are strongly preferred for the senior-level opening due to increased interaction with global stakeholders; however, the right candidate may still be considered without it depending on overall fit
