Role OverviewThe Product Manager will be responsible for defining and executing the product vision and strategy within Billing, Claims, and Business Intelligence. This includes identifying customer pain points, shaping product opportunities, and prioritizing development efforts that align with both customer outcomes and Flex’s broader company goals.This role requires a balance of strategic thinking, customer empathy, and technical execution. The ideal candidate will have experience as an management consultant, insight analyst or product manager that required the translation of data into meaningful insights for end-users. You will partner closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams to ensure our products not only meet customer needs but also deliver measurable business value.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Strategy & VisionOwn, evolve, and communicate the strategy and roadmap for Analytics, Claims, and Business Intelligence.Align product strategy with company objectives, market trends, and evolving customer needs.Develop success metrics for new initiatives, ensuring the team is working toward measurable outcomes.Customer Discovery & UnderstandingEngage with customers, prospects and market thought leaders to uncover opportunities in the billing and claims workflows, along with analytics & reportingAct as the voice of the customer internally, ensuring solutions are intuitive, relevant, and impactful.Prioritization & RoadmapTranslate company strategy into a clear, outcome-driven product roadmap.Prioritize features and initiatives based on customer value, risk, and technical feasibility.Communicate roadmap and priority decisions transparently across stakeholders.Delivery & ExecutionCollaborate with engineering and design to deliver high-quality, reliable solutionsManage risks and assumptions, running structured tests or pilots to validate solutions both during development and while scaling.Monitor post-launch performance and adapt the product based on data and feedback.Cross-Functional Leadership & InfluenceServe as the internal advocate and “missionary” for your product area—sharing the who, why, and what of new features with internal teams.Foster collaboration across Engineering, Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Support to ensure successful product launches and adoption.Drive alignment by presenting product updates and strategy to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.Required QualificationsAt least 2 years of software product management experienceStrong understanding of product discovery techniques and user research.Excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor messages to both technical and non-technical audiences.Experience developing & presenting customer-facing insights & reporting.Experience as a product manager with Agile/Scrum development processes.Strong communication skills, with the capability to convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
