Product Manager

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Product Manager to join our Customer Engagement team and help shape the products that connect millions of customers with engaging experiences across our brands.

Working within a cross-functional product team focused on promotions, bonus engines and CRM tools, you'll play a key role in defining product strategy, prioritising opportunities, and delivering solutions that create value for both customers and the business. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys turning ideas into impactful products, collaborating with a wide range of stakeholders, and influencing the future direction of customer engagement across a global organisation.

What You'll Be Doing

• Own the product lifecycle from concept through to delivery, defining vision, priorities and outcomes. 


• Create and maintain a customer-focused product roadmap aligned to business objectives and strategic goals. 


• Translate business initiatives, challenges and feature requests into valuable user experiences, workflows and product solutions. 


• Collaborate with Design, Data, Engineering, CRM and commercial teams to deliver high-quality products and enhancements. 


• Act as the key point of contact between stakeholders and development teams, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout delivery. 


• Monitor progress, identify and remove blockers, and manage expectations around key milestones and commitments. 


• Partner with Product colleagues across the organisation to ensure consistency and alignment of product direction. 


• Stay informed on market trends, customer behaviours and competitor activity to identify new opportunities and drive innovation.

Who we are looking for

• Proven experience in a Product Manager role, with a track record of delivering products within agile environments. 


• Experience working with digital, internet or mobile technologies, ideally including CRM, customer engagement or marketing platforms. 


• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across multiple teams. 


• Commercially minded and data-led, with the ability to analyse information, prioritise effectively and turn insights into action.
